The Customer Experience (CE) Role: Responsible for managing all areas of customer service. This includes being the main point of contact for all customers in a defined region and working closely with the sales team. The “CE” will also work cross-functionally with all departments including (but not limited to) sales, design, operations, and accounting.
CE’s key objective: Confirm and approve the photos and measurements that come in with every custom order. This is to be completed individually and with assistance from the design team.
Duties and Responsibilities
● Process daily orders by performing a pre-check of photos and measurements of UNYQ’s custom prosthetic product line
● Enter orders into management system
● Conduct outbound sales calls to identify new customers
● Identify customers for UNYQ’s key account program
● Work with sales to present virtual key customer programs
● Perform virtual customer training presentations
● Monitor and manage accounts receivables of assigned customers
● Training: Become an expert on UNYQ products and processes. Gain an understanding of the prosthetics industry and prosthetic trends.
Minimum Qualifications
● Customer service experience
● Strong verbal – written – presentation skills.
● Strong organizational skills - ability to work independently.
● Strong PC skills.
Other Qualifications
● Nights and Evenings: Ability to work to work some nights and evening hours (as back up support)
