Audio-Visual Technician (Live Entertainment) – 2026 Summer Season

We are hiring Audio-Visual Technicians (Live Entertainment) for the 2026 Summer Season, working in high-quality resort hotels across the Mediterranean, on behalf of TUI BLUE.

This role is ideal for junior technicians with at least one year of practical experience who want to develop professionally in an international resort environment, working with live shows, cabaret sets and daytime activities.

Audio-Visual Technicians play a key role in delivering a smooth and professional technical experience for performers, cast members and guests.

 

Key Responsibilities

Operate sound, lighting, LED screens and show control systems for live entertainment and production shows.

Build and update QLab sessions, download new content during the season and keep files properly organised.

Provide sound, lighting and screen support for live acts, cabaret sets and daytime activities.

Carry out soundchecks and basic show preparation.

Maintain technical booths and working areas clean, tidy and safe.

Communicate clearly with the Live Business technical team and follow operational updates.

 

Training

Mandatory pre-season training of 7–10 days.

Training location and exact dates to be confirmed.

 

What We Offer

Monthly fee between £1,200 and £1,250 gross (trabajo como autónomo).

Single room accommodation provided.

Flights to and from the resort.

Transfers to and from the resort.

Food provided at the hotelier’s discretion once the hotel opens
(in practice, hotels have consistently provided breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Uniform provided.

Emergency medical insurance when working outside your home country.

1.5 days off per week.

Split shifts (afternoon and evening, or half day and evening).

Requisitos

Essential Requirements

Technical training (FP or equivalent) and at least one year of practical experience in sound/AV or live entertainment.

Intermediate level of English, sufficient for daily communication in an international team.

Positive attitude, adaptability and willingness to learn.

QLab experience is desirable; full training will be provided.

Self-employed status (autónomo) is mandatory.

Availability from mandatory pre-season training in March until approximately 31st October.

EU passport or valid EU residency required.
